Here is my Whole30 meal plan for the week complete with recipe links, a grocery list, tips and tricks! I hope this is helpful as you begin to plan out your week!
I did not include spices that most people have in their pantries in the grocery list – just FYI! I’ve included ideas for a make-ahead breakfast and lunch that can be eaten throughout the week, as well as 6 dinners. Feel free to switch up the order or only make a few…this is just meant to be inspiration!

Breakfasts: Sausage Hashbrown Casserole
Lunches: Sweet & Savory Chicken Salad
Sunday: Teriyaki Burgers with Grilled Pineapple
Monday: Sheet Pan Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Tuesday: Pumpkin Turkey Chili
Wednesday: Fish Taco Bowls with Mango Salsa
Thursday: Carnitas (tacos, bowls, whatever you want!)
Friday: Shrimp & “Grits”

I made your Sheet Pan Chicken Broccoli Alfredo today and it is delicious! My family gobbled it up. I was sad that we won’t have as many leftovers as I had hoped for. 🙂
