Can I publish your photographs or recipes?

Thank you for asking.  If you are promoting my work, you may post one photograph as long as you prominently and obviously link it back to my original post and, if possible, my homepage, https://www.maryswholelife.com.  You may not republish the recipe itself.  I would love to hear about it any time you promote my creativeness!
