I am SO excited to present my second cookbook, Real Food Weeknights, to you all! It is officially available for pre-order and will be officially out on the shelves on April 16, 2024.
Real Food Weeknights is a cookbook comprised of 60 gluten free & dairy free dinner recipes (57 new + 3 blog favorites). I felt like this would be the most useful since many of us don’t need as much help with breakfast and lunch. I have a passion for creating quick, easy, and DELICIOUS meals, and that’s exactly what you will find in this book! Most recipes are paleo in nature or can be modified to be. I’ve included lots of different cooking methods: Slow cooker, Instant Pot, Sheet Pans, Air Fryer (with baking options!), One Pot, and more. I’ve also included all of the macros/nutritional info in the book this time! Yay!
Each recipe has a beautiful photo to go along with it, and I’ve also included dietary labels such as nut free (or how to make nut free), low carb, paleo, and egg free. I want this book to have something for everyone! I made sure to create balanced, protein-packed dinners that the entire family will love.
