Quick Prep Paleo
Simple Whole-Food Meals with 5 to 15 Minutes of Hands-On Time
You guys! My cookbook – Quick Prep Paleo, is officially available for pre-order, and I am SO beyond excited!! I am (almost) a published author! What?!
I poured my heart and soul into this book over the last 8 months, and I cannot wait for you to have it in your hands on November 10th. This cookbook includes 75 photographed recipes (3 favorites from my blog + 72 new ones), using a variety of cooking methods: skillets, sheet pan meals, slow cooker/ Instant Pot, no-cook, casseroles, etc. Something for everyone!
I really wanted to create a book that would help busy families get healthy meals on the table with minimal effort. Which is why I am so excited about the concept of Quick Prep – Meals that can be chopped, diced, and sautéed within 5-15 minutes before you press start, cover it, pop it in the oven, etc. and walk away. Because we can all use more time to do the things we love!
All of the recipes are gluten free, grain free, dairy free, soy free, legume free, and refined sugar-free. Many of them are Whole30 friendly (or could be adapted to be). I love comfort food, so a lot of the recipes are healthier recreations of some of my childhood favorites!
Here are all of the places you can pre-order!
And FYI- by pre-ordering, you are guaranteed the lowest price possible. If the price drops at any point before November 10th, you will only be charged that lowest price! Also, you will not be charged until it ships in November! 🙂
Whether you have a dietary restriction and need to eat Paleo, or you are simply testing out the gluten free/dairy free life…there is something for everyone in this book! All of these recipes are family-friendly!
Instead of using “prep time” and “cook time” in this book, I decided to use “hands on time” and hands off time”. This way, you can look at a recipe and decide whether it’s best for a night when you only have 5-10 minutes to spend prepping a meal vs. a day when you have a big more time!
Each recipe has a photo, along with a description of why I love the recipe/tips to make it successful and in more than one way. Also, all of the Instant Pot recipes have slow cooker or stove top alternatives!
Each recipe has measurements in both cups and grams/ml.
Each recipe also has dietary labels and lists whether the recipe is (or can be adapted to be) Nut Free, Egg Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, and Low Carb!
Some of my personal favorite recipes from the book include:
Sheet Pan Chicken Pad Thai
Chicken “Parm” Gnocchi Skillet
Slow Cooker Smothered Pork Chops
Instant Pot Butternut Squash Curry
Spinach Artichoke Chicken Casserole
Jalapeno Tuna Noodle Casserole
Quick Cuban Picadillo
Deconstructed Burger Bowl
Buffalo Chicken Breakfast Casserole
Strawberry Rhubarb Chia Pudding
And I could go on!!
