Ingredient Notes
Espresso: This recipe calls for 2 shots of espresso or 1/3 cup of strong brewed coffee.
Almond Milk: Use your favorite non-dairy milk of your choice. I love almond milk with this recipe. If you’re okay with dairy, you can also use regular milk.
Pumpkin Puree: Make sure to use unsweetened pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling!
Maple Syrup: This is an all-natural sweetener that isn’t refined! I love the deep flavor it gives this iced latte.
Vanilla Extract: A little goes a long way, and eliminates the need for sweetened vanilla syrup.
Pumpkin Pie Spice: This will go in the latte and on top as a garnish for a burst of delicious flavor!
Whipped Cream: You can use dairy-free whipped cream or regular whipped cream, whichever you prefer.
Recipe Step by Step
- Add the espresso (or coffee), almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour over ice and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice! Enjoy! If you want a pumpkin spice frappuccino, simply blend all ingredients, including the ice!
Mary’s Tips & Tricks
Dairy-Free: This recipe is entirely dairy free except for the whipped cream. Choose your favorite non-dairy whipped cream to keep it completely dairy-free.
Blender: This recipe works best in a blender to get a super smooth, creamy texture, however, if you don’t have a blender simply pour all ingredients into a container with a lid and vigorously shake for 1-2 minutes. Then, serve over ice and enjoy!
Large Batch: If you want to make more than one drink, click on the printable recipe below and increase the servings. The ingredients and quantities will automatically adjust.
Kid-Friendly: To make this kid-friendly, simply eliminate the coffee and serve over ice or blend it up to make a pumpkin spice frappuccino! Or try my Pumpkin Pie Smoothie!
