Fall is my absolute favorite season, and with it being right around the corner, I thought it was time for something PUMPKIN SPICE. It’s never too early, am I right?! Luckily these can be enjoyed year round 🙂 Usually I roast my sweet potatoes with chili powder and cinnamon, but I thought it would be fun to take it a step further and use Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice seasoning which has cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, lemon peel, ginger, and cardamom. These make an awesome side dish, or you could even use them as an appetizer with a chocolate dipping sauce, perhaps?! And…you guessed it: They are Whole30 compliant!
