If you’re looking for a way to turn average fruit salad into something spectacular that all of your guests will love, look no further! This Honey Lime Poppyseed Salad is so easy to make, and its packed with bright, fresh, tangy flavors. You can really use any type of fruit you want, but the more colorful, the better!

What Ingredients You Need to Make This Fruit Salad

Fruit! Like I mentioned, any types will work. I used:

  • bananas
  • watermelon
  • strawberries
  • grapes (purple and green)
  • kiwis
  • mandarin oranges
  • pineapple
  • blueberries

And then limes, poppyseeds, and honey for the dressing. That’s it!

How To Make This Honey Lime Poppyseed Fruit Salad

First, dice up all of your fruit and add it to a large bowl. Toss together.

Next, add the lime juice and honey to a bowl and stir. If your honey isn’t dissolving right away, you can pop the bowl in the microwave for 10 seconds or so. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Add in the poppy seeds and stir.

Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to combine.

This salad is best when it has some time to sit and chill in the fridge. The lime juice will prevent the bananas from turning brown, so no need to worry about that!

Such a delicious and refreshing summer fruit salad! The fruit tastes better each day as it absorbs the dressing, along with the juices of the other fruits! It made a lot, and stated fresh for 4+ days.

Just made this for my family for the next couple of days to have. OMG! It is so good. I love that you can mix and match what fruit you want to put in it. This will 100% be something that is in rotation for us, especially since we live in Florida. So simple. So easy. So good.
