Here is my Whole30 meal plan for the week complete with recipe links, a grocery list, tips and tricks! I hope this is helpful as you begin to plan out your week!

I did not include spices that most people have in their pantries in the grocery list - just FYI! I've included ideas for a make-ahead breakfast and lunch that can be eaten throughout the week, as well as 6 dinners. Feel free to switch up the order or only make a few…this is just meant to be inspiration! 🙂

On The Menu This Week (all Whole30!):

Breakfasts: Roasted Veggie Breakfast Casserole

Lunches: Salsa Verde Chicken Salads – Make the chicken ahead of time and reheat throughout the week. Throw on top of a salad with ranch, or serve in bowls with some cauliflower rice and avocado!

Sunday: Thai Coconut Curry Turkey Meatballs

Monday: Harvest Sheet Pan Dinner

Tuesday: Sloppy Joe Bowls

*Don’t forget you can still get FREE ground beef for life from Butcher Box! This deal will go through October 4th. Click HERE to claim it!

Wednesday: Spicy Shrimp over Creamy Spinach Caulirice

Thursday: Zuppa Toscana

Friday: Shepherd's Pie

To make things easier this week and moving forward, I now have a downloadable/printable PDF with the meal plan, recipe links, and grocery list! To get the full grocery list, sign up using the form below and you'll instantly receive a copy in your inbox!

The harvest sheet pan is fabulous! My husband loves it and it makes enough for dinner and two lunches for me to take to work!

I made the scalloped potatoes/ potatoes au gratin and they were delicious! It tasted like a treat, yet the sauce was healthy and nutritious. Thank you for this recipe. We served it with a beef roast and carrots for Sunday dinner. It was a hit!
