What To Make This Week – 10/25-10/30
Here is my Whole30 meal plan for the week complete with recipe links, a grocery list, tips and tricks! I hope this is helpful as you begin to plan out your week!
I’ve included ideas for a make-ahead breakfast and lunch that can be eaten throughout the week, as well as 6 dinners. Feel free to switch up the order or only make a few…this is just meant to be inspiration! Also feel free to throw in an extra veggie on the side – these are just main dishes!
On the Menu (All Whole30):
Breakfasts: Breakfast Stuffed Acorn Squash
Lunches: Sweet and savory chicken salad lettuce wraps
Sunday: Whole30 Buffalo Chicken Chowder
Monday: Sheet Pan Beef & Broccoli
Tuesday: Crock Pot Carnitas with jicama wraps (or bowls)
Wednesday: Spicy Shrimp over Creamy Spinach Caulirice
Thursday: Meatball Stroganoff over hearts of palm noodles
Friday: Creamy Tuscan Chicken Skillet
