Here is my Whole30 meal plan for the week complete with recipe links, a grocery list, tips and tricks! I hope this is helpful as you begin to plan out your week!

I did not include spices that most people have in their pantries in the grocery list – just FYI! I’ve included ideas for a make-ahead breakfast and lunch that can be eaten throughout the week, as well as 6 dinners. Feel free to switch up the order or only make a few…this is just meant to be inspiration! 🙂

On the menu this week (all Whole30!):

Breakfasts: Blueberry Breakfast Sausage – Serve with eggs, spinach, or potatoes for an egg-free breakfast!

Lunches: BLT Lettuce Wraps

Sunday: Roasted Chicken with Root Veggies

Monday: Whole30 Cheeseburger Soup

Tuesday: Fish & Chips

Wednesday: Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

Thurs: Asian Pork Meatball Bowls

Friday: Unstuffed Pepper Skillet
