A simple Whole30recipe for the ultimate roasted potatoes using my favorite seasoning of all time! These Everything Roasted Potatoes make a great addition to eggs, steak, or are delicious on their own with some ketchup.

If you couldn’t already tell, I am obsessed with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Seasoning. It’s so good on EVERYTHING (no pun intended), especially potatoes! This is the most simple recipe, but I figured I would get it up on the blog so you don’t need to search for it on the ‘gram.

Now, since I know I’ll get some questions on this…YES- you CAN get EBB seasoning even if you don’t live near a Trader Joe’s. Luckily Amazon has pretty much anything you could ever think of, including this! It’s definitely sold at a steeper price than in the store, but personally I think it’s worth it 🙂

I used a 1 lb bag of baby red potatoes, but you can really use any color/type of small potato you want. Or large ones cut up into 1-2 inch pieces. I like using avocado oil because it has a high smoke point and also has great flavor, but any cooking oil will do.

And if you’re looking for some other easy side dishes, check out my Herb Ghee Smashed Red Potatoes, Dairy-Free Cheesy Broccoli Casserole, or Creamy Cilantro Lime Coleslaw.

Ok, let’s get cookin’!
