Everything Roasted Potatoes
A simple and quick side dish recipe - roasted red potatoes with a coating of the ever-popular Everything but the Bagel seasoning!

- 1 lb baby red potatoes cut in ¼'s
- 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning found at Trader Joe's or on Amazon
Preheat oven to 425. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place diced potatoes into a large bowl along with oil and seasoning. Mix well.
Spread evenly onto the pan, ensuring at least one cut side of the potatoes is face down. Roast for 25-30 minutes (without stirring). Serve with ketchup or ranch for dipping! Enjoy!
