Chili Pumpkin Spice Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ghee, melted
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice seasoning, I used Trader Joe's
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt, feel free to add more (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Toss sweet potato wedges with the ghee, spices, and salt in a large bowl. Pour onto a parchment or foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to give them a nice crisp :) Enjoy!
