Not my favorite recipe from Mary. I usually love Mary’s recipes and make them over and over. However, I did not like this one at all. The spices/flavor was way to overpowering for me and the texture was too chewy. I tried making them again with only half the seasonings, but the seasoning were still too much for me. I will continue to make and try Mary’s recipes, but this is one that I will have to say no to.

This recipe is so tasty! And it’s quick and easy to prepare! I’ve made the patties, but I’ve also just browned the ground turkey and seasonings and eaten that way, too, for a nice variety.
