- 1 lb organic ground pork or ground turkey or ground chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1.5 tsp ground sage
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Allspice can sub ¼ tsp nutmeg + ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 400 for 3 minutes. Spray the basket with oil.
Add sausage patties in a single layer and air fry for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 3-4 additional minutes until the internal temperature is at least 160 degrees.
Let them cool on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any grease, then enjoy!

- Meal Prep: One pound of meat will yield 6 sausage patties. You can double it for a great meal prep option!
- Seasoning: You can adjust the seasoning to your liking. If you prefer less spice, simply omit the cayenne pepper. If you like more spice, add a bit more. It’s totally customizable and fun to play around with to make the perfect sausage for your flavor preferences.
