Mary’s Tips & Tricks
Butter: I use ghee, which is clarified butter. The process of clarifying butter removes much of the lactose and milk proteins out of the butter, which makes it easier to digest for people with milk intolerance. However, if you have a true milk allergy, feel free to sub vegan butter like Miyokos.
Spice: If you’re looking to get more heat out of your Cajun butter sauce, you can add more cayenne pepper to make it spicier. If you want a more mild seafood boil sauce, cut the cayenne in half!
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave or oven!
Serving: I serve this meal warm, right out of the oven. Each plate contains a piece of cod, broccoli, and extra seafood boil sauce because it’s just that good!

Thank you, Emily!!
Husband started Whole30 this week and this was a crowd pleaser for all-kids included. Fast, easy and delicious. Served ours with riced cauliflower and the kids with sweet potato fries. He tends to eat a lot more red meat while doing Whole 30 so this was a healthier option we could all enjoy guilt free!
So glad you enjoyed it!!
Sooo easy and packed with flavor!!
Thanks Kelly!
SO easy and good! I used with rockfish and added some asparagus. Even my three little kids ate it up! Definitely going to use this on weeknights this year!
Awesome, thank you Krissy!
We really loved this dish! Came together so fast!
All of your recipes are amazing but the sheet pan dinners are on another level! I used whiting fish and broccolini. It has just the right amount of kick. We all loved it!
Yum yum yum! This was so easy to pop in the oven after work for a weeknight meal. I paired it with some air fryer potatoes for the perfect dinner!
My new favorite way to eat cod!!! this sauce was just killer!
Another five star. I had mahi on hand and Broccolini. Served w sweet potatoes. So quick and delicious!!!
This was delicious and easy! I was worried the 15 min wouldn’t be enough for the broccoli so I added an additional 2 minutes but everything was perfect. Will def make again.
My whole family devoured this (including a picky 7 year old, 8 year old, and 14month old!) I doubled the sauce because I subbed Brussels sprouts for the broccoli and it seemed like way more than 12 oz, Sooo good!
So easy and amazing flavor! The sauce is a winner!
From start to finish was 20 minutes and the flavor was so good. My family said it smelled and tasted like a 5 star restaurant meal!
Just made this tonight. It was delicious and came together really quickly. I added cauliflower rice to the sheet pan and let it roast for 10 minutes while I prepped everything and then added the fish and broccoli right over top of it. The cajun butter sauce was soooo good!!! Thank you!
