This is one of my favorite smoothies- not only does it have amazing flavor, but the vibrant color is so fun to look at 🙂

Ingredients

  • ½ dragonfruit, I used fresh, but you can also find packets of frozen dragonfruit at some grocery stores
  • 1 cup Trader Joe's Organic Tropical Fruit Blend, or 1 cup total of any brand frozen strawberries, banana, mango, and pineapple
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop almond butter

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well-combined and thick. Add more almond milk if needed to thin it out.
  • Top with toppings of choice - here I used chia seeds, shredded coconut, banana slices, and Trader Joe's Roasted Cacao Nibs. Enjoy!
