If you’re not familiar with the Whole30 program, it is an elimination diet that aims to help you figure out which foods your body tolerates, and which ones it doesn’t. During the 30 days you cannot have gluten, dairy, grains, legumes, sugar, alcohol, or processed foods. At the end of the 30 days, you are supposed to slowly reintroduce each food group one by one to see how your body tolerates them.
