- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup light canned coconut milk
- ½ cup 100% pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup omit if you don't want it sweet

If you prefer for it to be thicker, add more frozen pineapple and blend again. If you prefer for it to be thinner, add more coconut milk.
