Ingredients

  • 8 oz cold brew coffee
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder I like Clean Simple Eats - use code MARY10 for a discount
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • Dash pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tbsp half & half or original Nutpods for dairy free
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional - for additional sweetness

Instructions

  • Froth or blend the protein powder, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and creamer until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
  • Pour the cold brew over ice, then top with the cold foam and stir. Enjoy!!

Notes

  • Use the right ratio: Start with equal parts liquid and protein base for the perfect thickness.
  • Don’t overblend: Too much blending can cause separation. Stop as soon as it looks whipped and foamy.
  • Choose the right protein: Whey or collagen blends best, but plant-based works too if blended a little longer.
  • Frother vs. blender: A handheld frother makes it light and airy, while a high-speed blender gives a thicker, creamier texture.
  • Storage tip: Store leftover foam in the fridge for up to 2 days, then re-froth or whisk before serving for best texture.
