Paleo Pineapple Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe avocados Pitted and peeled
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
  • 1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt more to taste

Instructions

  • Add the peeled and pitted avocados to a large bowl and mash them using a fork. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
  • Serve the pineapple guacamole with chips of choice, or on top of your favorite grilled protein!
