Buffalo Tuna Pasta Salad (gluten free, dairy free)
A delicious pasta salad with tuna, mayo, hot sauce, and veggies. It comes together in 15 minutes and is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

- 1 box pasta of choice I used Jovial Foods gluten free fusilli or Banza chickpea pasta
- 2 5 oz cans of tuna drained
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced carrots sub 1 cup peas if you want!
- ½ small red onion diced
- ¼ cup mayo
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt Use more mayo for dairy free
- 1.5 tbsp Frank's Red Hot more if you like it spicy!
- salt and pepper to taste
Make the pasta according to package directions. Drain well and rinse under cold water to cool.
Meanwhile, add the drained tuna, carrots, celery, and red onion to a large bowl. Add in the drained cooled pasta, mayo, and hot sauce. Toss everything together and serve. Enjoy!
For dairy free, use all mayo!
