This Honey Lime Poppyseed Fruit Salad is a delicious and easy side dish! It is filled with colorful, juicy fruit tossed in a tangy, slightly sweet dressing. Paleo, gluten free, dairy free!

Ingredients

  • ¼ watermelon scooped into balls, or cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 pineapple cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 lbs strawberries sliced
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 can mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 3 kiwis cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup blueberries

Dressing

  • Juice from 2 large limes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp poppyseeds

Instructions

  • Wash and diced all of your fruit and add it to a large bowl.
  • Add the lime juice and honey to a bowl and stir until the honey is dissolved. You can pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds to speed up this process if you want! Add in the poppyseeds and stir.
  • Pour the dressing over the diced fruit and toss to combine.
  • This salad tastes best when you let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
  • Enjoy!

This salad will stay good in the fridge for up to 3 days.
