Paleo Pineapple Guacamole
This Paleo Pineapple Guacamole is simple to make and packed with sweetness and heat! It is gluten free, vegan, and dairy free.
Servings 6 people
- 4 large ripe avocados Pitted and peeled
- 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
- 1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp sea salt more to taste
Add the peeled and pitted avocados to a large bowl and mash them using a fork. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
Serve the pineapple guacamole with chips of choice, or on top of your favorite grilled protein!
