Ingredients

  • ½ cup Bailey's Almande Liqueur
  • 1 pint dairy free ice cream of choice I like Coconut Bliss Vanilla. It's about 2.5 cups
  • ½ cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup raw spinach, packed i use a small handful. You can't taste it!
  • 6 drops peppermint extract
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • dairy free whipped cream for topping optional

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with almond milk whipped cream or coconut cream, if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

You can omit the Bailey's for a non-alcoholic version!
