Spiked Shamrock Shake (gluten free, dairy free, vegan)

A gluten free, dairy free, and vegan spin on the festive St. Patrick's Day milkshake!

  • 1/2 cup Bailey's Almande Liqueur
  • 1 pint dairy free ice cream of choice, I like Coconut Bliss Vanilla. It's about 2.5 cups
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup raw spinach, packed, i use a small handful. You can't taste it!
  • 6 drops peppermint extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • dairy free whipped cream for topping, optional


  • blender


  • Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Serve with almond milk whipped cream or coconut cream, if desired. Enjoy!


You can omit the Bailey's for a non-alcoholic version!
