Ingredients

Bailey's Almande Liqueur

dairy free ice cream of choice
I like Coconut Bliss Vanilla. It's about 2.5 cups

cup
almond milk or coconut milk

cup
ice
½
cup
raw spinach, packed
i use a small handful. You can't taste it!

drops
peppermint extract
½
tsp
vanilla extract
dairy free whipped cream for topping
optional
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Serve with almond milk whipped cream or coconut cream, if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
You can omit the Bailey's for a non-alcoholic version!
