Combine all spices and use 2 tbsp for recipe. Keep the extra for another time!

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a large cast iron pan over medium heat. Add turkey (or pork) and 1 tbsp of the spice blend and saute until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
In the same pan, add the extra 1 tbsp of ghee along with the diced apple, butternut squash, and cabbage. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of the spice blend and saute for 5 minutes until everything begins to brown. Add chicken broth and cover, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the liquid is gone. Remove cover and continue to stir, adding the kale. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the kale begins to wilt and add turkey back to the pan. Stir to combine everything for 1-2 additional minutes, Enjoy!
