Easy Pomegranate Guacamole
This easy, healthy guacamole recipe is the perfect holiday appetizer. Full of fresh & festive ingredients & amazing flavor, this dip is sure to be a hit!
Servings 6 people
- 4 ripe avocados
- ½ red onion diced
- 1.5 limes juiced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 jalapeno seeded and diced fine
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 cup pomegranate arils divided
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, reserving 1/3 cup of pomegranates. Mash the avocado and mix everything together well.
Top with the reserved pomegranates and extra cilantro, if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips of choice! This is also delicious on chicken & seafood.
