Easy Pomegranate Guacamole

This easy, healthy guacamole recipe is the perfect holiday appetizer. Full of fresh & festive ingredients & amazing flavor, this dip is sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1.5 limes juiced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and diced fine
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils divided

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, reserving 1/3 cup of pomegranates. Mash the avocado and mix everything together well.
  • Top with the reserved pomegranates and extra cilantro, if desired.
  • Serve with tortilla chips of choice! This is also delicious on chicken & seafood.
