This Honey Lime Poppyseed Fruit Salad is a delicious and easy side dish! It is filled with colorful, juicy fruit tossed in a tangy, slightly sweet dressing. Paleo, gluten free, dairy free!
¼watermelonscooped into balls, or cut into 1 inch pieces
1pineapplecut into 1 inch pieces
2lbsstrawberriessliced
2bananassliced
1canmandarin orangesdrained
1cupgreen grapeshalved
1cupred grapeshalved
3kiwiscut into 1 inch pieces
1cupblueberries
Dressing
Juice from 2 large limes
1tbsphoney
1tbsppoppyseeds
Instructions
Wash and diced all of your fruit and add it to a large bowl.
Add the lime juice and honey to a bowl and stir until the honey is dissolved. You can pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds to speed up this process if you want! Add in the poppyseeds and stir.
Pour the dressing over the diced fruit and toss to combine.
This salad tastes best when you let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
