These dry rub wings are easy and perfect for gatherings big or small! Just 1 net carb per serving, these tasty Whole 30 & Keto chicken wings are an appetizer everyone will love!
Preheat your oven to 400. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Pat your wings dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl. Mix the spices together in a separate small bowl. Pour the olive oil onto the chicken, followed by the spices. Use your hands to mix everything together well. The spices should stick to the chicken wings so they are completely coated.
Lay the wings out evenly on an oven-safe baking rack (if using*) on top of a baking sheet so they aren’t overlapping. Bake for 45 minutes. Check them halfway through and flip if they are getting too dark. (I didn’t need to flip mine). Broil for an additional 5 minutes at the end if you want them super crispy!
Serve your dry rub wings with your favorite dairy free ranch or dipping sauce. I love Tessemae’s ranch!

Notes
Sauce: You can also coat your keto chicken wings with buffalo sauce or keto-friendly BBQ sauce once cooked!Baking Tip: I've found that these dry rub wings crisp up nicely if you use an oven-safe baking rack on top of a baking sheet. If you place some tin foil on the pan, it makes for super easy clean-up. If you don't have a rack to bake them on, placing them directly on a baking sheet is fine!
