  • 4 lbs chicken wings, thawed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, or avocado oil
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne

  • Preheat your oven to 400. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Pat your wings dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl. Mix the spices together in a separate small bowl. Pour the olive oil onto the chicken, followed by the spices. Use your hands to mix everything together well. The spices should stick to the chicken wings so they are completely coated.
  • Lay the wings out evenly on an oven-safe baking rack (if using*) on top of a baking sheet so they aren’t overlapping. Bake for 45 minutes. Check them halfway through and flip if they are getting too dark. (I didn’t need to flip mine). Broil for an additional 5 minutes at the end if you want them super crispy!
  • Serve with your favorite dairy free ranch or dipping sauce. I love Tessemae’s ranch!
  • You can also toss them with buffalo sauce or any other sauce once cooked!

*If you don't have an oven-safe baking rack, you can simply place your chicken wings directly on a baking sheet.
