Slow Cooker Sausage, Sauerkraut, and Apples (Whole30)
This Slow Cooker Sausage, Sauerkraut, and Apples recipe is so incredibly easy to make and so flavorful! Throw all of the ingredients into your slow cooker and walk away, then come back to a delicious dinner. It is Whole30 compliant, Paleo, gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free.
Add the sausage*, carrots, potatoes, onion, sauerkraut, apples, and bay leaf to your slow cooker.
Mix the sauce ingredients together well and pour over top of everything in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or low for 8-10 hours. Discard the bay leaf, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
*For crispier sausage, you can brown them in a pan according to the package directions prior to adding them to the slow cooker.
