Easy Creamy Gnocchi Bolognese with Spinach (Paleo)
This 5-ingredient Cauliflower Gnocchi Bolognese is a delicious 30-minute meal! It is gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, and uses ingredients you most likely already have on hand! Easy dinners for the win!
½cupOriginal flavor Nutpods creameror cashew cream, or regular cream if you tolerate dairy
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Cook the ground beef (or sausage) in a non-stick pan over medium heat until completely browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan using a slotted spoon and set aside.
Heat the oil in the same pan and add the frozen gnocchi in a single layer. Cover the pan and let them cook for 3-4 minutes (without stirring). Flip them and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until browned. Add the ground beef back to the pan along with the marinara sauce. Stir the spinach in while cooking over medium heat until it is wilted.
Stir in the Nutpods (or cream of choice). Add salt and pepper to taste (and parmesan if that's your thing!) - Enjoy this delicious gnocchi bolognese!

Store leftover gnocchi bolognese in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. It’s so delicious the next day as all the flavors meld together and continue to taste amazing! If you have leftover bolognese sauce, store it in its own container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
