These Whole30 Melon Basil Prosciutto Skewers are a delicious no-cook appetizer that is packed with flavor!

  • 1 package Citterio Prosciutto Fresco (8 pieces)
  • 2 cups watermelon scooped into 1-inch balls
  • 2 cups honeydew melon scooped into 1-inch balls
  • 2 cups cantaloupe scooped into 1-inch balls
  • 32 fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar for serving - optional


  • Cut each piece of prosciutto in half. Thread a piece of basil onto each skewer, followed by watermelon ball, then a half piece of prosciutto (folded), then cantaloupe, honeydew, and another piece of basil. Serve drizzled with or dipped in Balsamic vinegar.


These are also delicious with some fresh mozzarella balls if you tolerate dairy!
