Instructions
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries in a bowl. Mix the pork and spices well using your hands to combine. Form into 6 patties (about 3 inches wide, 1 inch thick) and place on a plate. Place 4 blueberries on top of each patty and press them down gently into the pork mixture (so they are almost fully submerged).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties (blueberry side up) and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate, serve, and enjoy!
