Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Heat a large saute pan over medium heat. Cook the sausage, using a wooden spoon to break it up into small pieces, until completely cooked through. Add in the rotel & the cream cheese and stir well. Transfer to a round baking/casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes until the edges are crispy and bubbling. Serve with tortilla chips/veggies and enjoy!
