Dairy Free Sausage Dip

This dairy free sausage dip is the perfect dairy free appetizer that is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast or Italian sausage look for sugar free if Whole30
  • 1 14.5 oz can Rotel (tomatoes + green chilies) Or 1 can diced tomatoes + 1 4 oz can diced green chile
  • 8 oz dairy free cream cheese I like Kite Hill (chive)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400. Heat a large saute pan over medium heat. Cook the sausage, using a wooden spoon to break it up into small pieces, until completely cooked through. Add in the rotel & the cream cheese and stir well. Transfer to a round baking/casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes until the edges are crispy and bubbling. Serve with tortilla chips/veggies and enjoy!
