This easy Fall recipe is a better-for-you version of a beloved classic. Featuring all the traditional flavors, this Healthy Apple Crumble is the dessert of the season- deliciously ooey gooey with a crunchy crumble topping, you will love every bite!
Preheat your oven to 375. Spray a 10.5" x 7.5" rectangular baking dish with cooking oil (I used a white Staub brand dish but any dish will work).
Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Set aside.
Combine the topping ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork until it turns into a crumb consistency with small chunks.
Sprinkle the topping evenly on top of the apple mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until bubbling around the edges. Serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired. Enjoy!
