2sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 lbbagbrussels sprouts, halved
½ packageuncured bacon, chopped
1 tspcayenne pepper
¼cup100% pure organic maple syrup
1 tspsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and spread onto baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through to incorporate the bacon fat. Enjoy!
