¼cupchopped pecansraw or dry roasted
3stalkscelerydiced

½tspsea saltmore or less to taste
¼tspblack pepper
½tspcelery seed
½tsppaprika
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well until combined. Refrigerate until ready to eat! Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
To make easy poached chicken breasts for shredding: Bring a large pot of water to a boil with chicken breasts inside. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let the breasts sit in the covered pot for 15 minutes. Chop/shred and add to the bowl!Variations: Add in some diced apple, cranberries, walnuts, or really any nut! This awesome thing about this salad is that it's so customizable!
