– 1 package Citterio Prosciutto Fresco, (8 pieces) – 2 cups watermelon , scooped into 1-inch balls – ▢2 cups honeydew melon, scooped into1-inch balls – 2 cups cantaloupe, scooped into 1-inch balls – 32 fresh basil leaves – ¼ cup balsamic vinegar , for serving - optional
Cut each piece of prosciutto in half.
Thread a piece of basil onto each skewer, followed by watermelon ball, then a half piece of prosciutto (folded), then cantaloupe, honeydew, and another piece of basil. Serve drizzled with or dipped in Balsamic vinegar.
