My kids and I are finally getting back into the groove of things with school and sports! We’ve been sampling lots of products from Real Food From the Ground Up this month, and I have a few more to share with you!

But first, in case you missed it…

What is Real Food From the Ground Up?

They are a company rooted in the belief that food should be tasty and nutritious. Their mission is to create balanced snacks for everyone to enjoy. They gather real veggies, a few clean ingredients, and a dash of goodness to create better-for-you snacks that taste delicious!

Cauliflower Stalks

First up are these Cauliflower Stalks, which might be my favorite product from them that I’ve tried thus far! They are light and crunchy and taste amazing – you would never know there are veggies in there! These stalks are certified gluten free and made with vegan ingredients. They would also be perfect for babies/toddlers learning how to chew since they are so light!

In this lunchbox, we have a ham sandwich, the cauliflower stalks, pickles, grapes, and some dye free “skittles”. My daughter Annabel is VERY picky, so the fact that she loves these says a lot!

The ingredients are on point, and I feel good about giving these to all 3 of my kids. Click here to find out where the Cauliflower Stalks are sold near you!

Stars and Pretzels

Next up we have the Cauliflower Stars and Cauliflower Pretzels. Both are made with real veggies and are plant-based, certified gluten free, and vegan. The stars were toddler and big kid-approved, but they did mention the pretzels were “not like regular pretzels” – LOL But they still ate them!

Here is a look at the ingredients in the Pizza flavored stars. Definitely on point and better than a lot of other snacks on the shelves these days. If you have any dairy allergies in your house, please note they are made in a shared facility with dairy products!

Overall, I am so excited that my kids (and I lol) love these snacks. I’m happy that I there are healthier options out there for easy packing/snacking! I will definitely be purchasing these for lunches throughout the school year.

In case you missed it, here is the store locator again so you can find out where Real Food From the Ground Up snacks are sold near you! Also, be sure to check out my original post for more reviews on some of their other products!

Happy Snacking,
