This Creamy Cilantro Lime Coleslaw will be the perfect addition to all of your BBQs and family gatherings this summer! It’s also Whole30, paleo, and Keto-friendly.

After I included coleslaw in a BBQ plate pic on Instagram a few weeks ago, I received a TON of requests for a coleslaw recipe! I had no clue it was so in demand. But, the people asked…and I listened. And I decided to not only Whole30-ify classic coleslaw, but also put a little twist on it with some cilantro, lime, and jalapeño! And it was a great decision 🙂

Instead of adding sugar as most coleslaw recipes call for, I opted for coconut aminos. This Whole30 approved condiment is LIFE. It’s made from coconut sap, which means it’s gluten and soy free. Such a great replacement for soy sauce/tamari sauce! It’s become a huge part of so many of my recipes because it gives so much flavor and a tad bit of sweetness. You can grab some coconut aminos at most stores nowadays in the soy sauce section (it’s super cheap at Trader Joe’s!).

For mayo, I personally like Sir Kensington’s Avocado Oil Mayo the best. If you are looking for a Whole30 compliant brand, Primal Kitchen is the way to go! You can also make your own. Either way, this coleslaw comes together in just 5 minutes and it is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

To recreate the bowl pictured above, just throw some greens, a Bubba turkey burger, my Crispy Japanese Sweet Potato Fries, and some coleslaw in a bowl! The perfect easy weeknight meal.
